2022年本科招生简章已于10月1日公布，还没有查看的同学可以点击下方图片链接，进行查阅：
在此，我们就网申环节为申请人整理了几个重点，帮助同学们进一步了解今年的申请流程。
细心的同学应该已经发现，今年的招生简章里已经没有出现“Slate申请”字眼了。这是招办为提升用户体验、简化申请流程做出的重大改进。自本轮招生季起，同学们只需注册一个申请平台 —— “校园日活动申请系统”，即可完成整个网上申请。往年 “Slate申请系统”所需填写的内容，包括两篇英文文书，现已集合至“校园日活动申请系统”进行统一采集。
所有申请报考上海纽约大学的学生，均需登录校园日活动系统进行实名注册，并根据系统提示在线填写相关信息以及提交两篇文书。请务必于2022年1月1日前完成在线提交，并打印《上海纽约大学2022年校园日活动申请表》。
除去需要提前准备文书内容并完成在线填写，其他的资料填写大概需要十分钟就可以完成，在线申请步骤大大简化，申请所需时间大幅缩短。
今年的申请文书仍为两篇，题目与往年一致。一篇为个人陈述（Personal Essay），另一篇为阐述你报考动因的“Why NYU Shanghai”短文，均需用英文完成。登录校园日活动系统即可查看。
两篇文书题目如下：
此篇短文旨在考察申请人针对某一议题简洁清晰地表达自我观点的英语写作能力。除了学习成绩，你还有哪些方面希望与招生官分享？以下7个选项，任选一主题进行写作，长度控制在250至650个单词之间。请尽可能在合适的篇幅内完成你的陈述。
(1) Some students have a background, identity, interest, or talent that is so meaningful they believe their application would be incomplete without it. If this sounds like you, then please share your story.
(2) The lessons we take from obstacles we encounter can be fundamental to later success. Recount a time when you faced a challenge, setback, or failure. How did it affect you, and what did you learn from the experience?
(3) Reflect on a time when you questioned or challenged a belief or idea. What prompted your thinking? What was the outcome?
(4) Describe a problem you've solved or a problem you'd like to solve. It can be an intellectual challenge, a research query, an ethical dilemma - anything that is of personal importance, no matter the scale. Explain its significance to you and what steps you took or could be taken to identify a solution.
(5) Discuss an accomplishment, event, or realization that sparked a period of personal growth and a new understanding of yourself or others.
(6) Describe a topic, idea, or concept you find so engaging that it makes you lose all track of time. Why does it captivate you? What or who do you turn to when you want to learn more?
(7) Share an essay on any topic of your choice. It can be one you've already written, one that responds to a different prompt, or one of your own design.

完成网上报名申请后，同学们还需向招生办寄送纸质材料，其中包括高中期间的成绩单以及会考（或合格考）成绩单。招办提供成绩单模板供大家参考选用，同学们可以在官网发布的“招生简章”页面底部找到链接，进行下载。所有材料均须加盖所在中学相关部门公章或由经办人签字，并留下相关部门或经办人的联系方式，以便后续查看核实。如所在中学有既定格式，则以学校出具并加盖公章的成绩单为准。
